“Life is a Game” 2017-2019

The merit of Christina Lappa is to present to us a totally new type of figuration, no longer focused primarily on colour, but on the refined posture of the portrayed characters. In this series, the figures are pawns that move on the chessboard, playing the game of life obeying the internal moral laws and teaching proper game moves.
